Are you the person everyone else seems to rely on, but lately you're wondering who's taking care of you?

Maybe your mind has approximately 47 tabs open at all times, you're feeling overwhelmed by changes in your life, or you're just tired of feeling like things are harder than they should be. Whatever brought you here, you deserve a space where you can put some of that down, take a breath, and focus on you for a change.

I work with young adults and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship challenges, chronic illness, women's health concerns, and all the messy, complicated transitions that come with being human. I'm especially passionate about helping people who feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or caught in patterns they don't quite understand (but would really love to stop repeating).

So what's therapy with me actually like?

Think warmth, curiosity, compassion, and plenty of room to show up exactly as you are. You don't have to have the right words, know where to start, or pretend everything is fine. We can laugh, cry, untangle the complicated stuff, and figure things out together. My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and gently direct when you need it. I'll meet you with empathy and understanding, but I'll also keep it real with you because sometimes growth means having someone who can hold space for the hard stuff and help you see things a little differently.

Our work together is about more than just getting through the day. It's about understanding yourself on a deeper level, building confidence in your ability to navigate life's challenges, and learning to treat yourself with the same compassion you probably extend so freely to everyone else. We'll explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, strengthen your coping skills, and work toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and genuinely yours.

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I'm an eldest daughter, Massachusetts born and raised, and a relatively recent Michigan transplant. Having navigated my own share of moves, transitions, and new chapters, I appreciate how complicated change can feel, even when it's something you've chosen.

Outside the therapy room, you'll probably find me hiking, enjoying the outdoors, getting lost in a fantasy book, watching movies, or spending time with animals whenever possible.

I value authenticity, humor, curiosity, and meaningful connection, and those qualities show up in the way I approach my work as a therapist.

READY TO GET STARTED?

Whether you're looking for anxiety therapy, ADHD counseling, OCD treatment, depression therapy, or support navigating life's transitions, you don't have to figure everything out before reaching out.

You don't need the perfect words or a detailed explanation for why things feel difficult. You just need a place to begin.

I'd be honored to help you find your footing, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life you want.

We'll figure out the rest together. Schedule a free consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

IDEAL VACATION:

I truly love traveling and seeing different parts of the world. An ideal vacation for me would be to go backpacking in the Dolomites, or to go exploring the Scottish Highlands and castles.

FAVORITE WAY TO UNWIND:

My favorite way to connect with myself after a long day would be a nature walk, or cozying up with my pets, snacks and a good fantasy book.

a life-changing piece of advice you’ve received:

A life-changing piece of advice that I have received is that at the end of the day we have no control over how others perceive us and treat us, we are only a reflection of themselves and their own feelings.

skill you’re currently working on:

I am currently working on continuing to grow as a clinician by deepening my knowledge of trauma-informed care, women’s health, chronic illness, anxiety, ADHD, and OCD. I care a lot about being thoughtful, informed, and intentional in the way I support clients. I value slowing down, staying curious, and continuing to grow in how I show up for myself and others.

favorite part about BEING A THERAPIST:

My favorite part about being a therapist is the ability to truly connect and learn about other people and their life experiences. There is always something to learn from each other. I love providing support to others and watching positive shifts happen in people's lives.

the RIGHT SUPPORT can and should change your life for the better.
